Overview:

Vistara is hiring an experienced Executive – Cabin Appearance at their Mumbai location. You will coordinate closely with GHA team at the station to ensure GHA provides services as per agreed SOP and ensure SLA are adhered. Inspect material used by GHA for cleaning the aircraft cabin, check the quality of cleanliness and provide training to the GHA on areas that require improvement. Collate records of cabin status from upkeep perspective and all cleaning activities carried out in the shift. Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements. Conduct surprise audits and maintain record of audited aircraft.

What will you be doing:

Will be responsible to manage the Cabin Appearance activities at operational level to deliver exceptional cabin services.

Monitoring quality standards of GHA performance on turnaround and Night Halt aircraft through daily audits.

Maintain highest standards of presentation and cleanliness by monitoring SLA and training GHA personnel. This will include ensuring safety and security remain the highest priority.

Will co-ordinate with relevant internal stakeholders like Cabin Maintenance, Ground Services,

Security & Cabin Services on operational level to be able to meet Tata Sia standards always.

Will coordinate with external stakeholders like GHA and Laundry or any other service providers.

Should have experience of dealing with Airside/Ramp Operations, Customer relations and should have a sound knowledge of Aircraft type and interiors.

Should have a keen eye for detail to capture the cleanliness as well as grooming requirements

during audits.

Should be able to create audit reports, training reports and incidence reports.

Highlight product issues and help enhance and upgrade standards.

Coordinate closely with the Asst Manager or Manager on operational front and trainings.

Be able to cope up and meet with fluctuation or changes in operational requirements.

Qualifications for this Job:

Minimum 5 years of job-related experience within the Airline, Airport or Ground Handling industry.

Graduate from a recognized university

Must be at a level of Executive (1A)

Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 months as of date of release of IJP and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal

Must be “confirmed’’ in service

What skills are needed:

Keen eye for detail

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently in shift as well as with team.

Should have demonstrated in current role a good track record and strong understanding of SOP &

SLA

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
