Roles and Responsibility:

Perform preliminary assessment on red flags and whistle blower complaints.

Lead and manage investigations involving allegations of potential misconduct and violation of company Code of Conduct policy.

Support initiatives focused on risk identification and mitigation.

Perform Stakeholder Management for follow-up action plans in identified areas of improvement.

Support in initiatives to create awareness on Code of Conduct policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have 8 to 12 year experience of performing investigations.

Should have Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently.

Experience in conducting interviews
