7 Non-Banking Financial Companies surrender their Certificate of Registration to RBI
The following are some examples: Seven non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) have surrendered the Reserve Bank of India's Certificate of Registration (CoR) (RBI). As a result, the RBI has terminated their CoR in execution of its powers under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
As a result, the organizations listed above are not permitted to conduct business as a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as specified in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
