IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Students should carefully consider the Examination Center, Module Combination(s), Examination Medium (English or Hindi), and other factors. Students are recommended to double-check the criteria they selected because any changes in enrollment status, even if authorised up to specific dates, will be subject to an additional price as determined from time to time.

Exam Center, Module Combination(s), Examination Medium (English or Hindi), and other elements should all be carefully considered by students. Students should double-check the criteria they selected because any changes in enrollment status, even if authorised up to particular dates, may incur an additional fee as set from time to time.

Students should be aware that the system generates Request Id and Transaction Id for all transactions (including failed transactions). As a result, the creation of a Request Id and a Transaction / Payment Id does not always imply a successful transaction. It is in the students’ best interests to double-check their payment status in order to avoid issues later on. Wherever the payments were unsuccessful, please re-submit the examination forms.

All examination applications that do not include a valid fee receipt will be automatically rejected. If the amount is deducted from the bank/debit/credit card account but the acknowledgement is not created automatically by the system, students should contact their banker to inquire about the payment status.

The date of deposit of cash with Canara Bank branches will be recognised as the eligibility date if the examination fee is paid by Canara Bank Challan. Students must wait at least 3-4 days after depositing cash for the amount to be reconciled and transferred into the Institute’s bank account. Only until the amount has been realised in the Institute’s bank account will they be able to generate an official payment receipt / acknowledgement. Students are recommended to provide a copy of the Challan to http://support.icsi.edu for proof of payment receipt if the payment is not reconciled within 3-4 days.

Students who produce the Challan before October 30, 2021 must deposit the cash on or before October 30, 2021 to avoid the application of the Late Fee; otherwise, they must re-generate the Challan and deposit the cash, including the late fee. Similarly, students who generate a Challan between October 31st and November 6th, 2021 must deposit the money with the bank on or before November 6th, 2021. Students who deposit cash with the bank after November 6, 2021 will have their examination enrollment forms rejected without further notice. Please ensure that the cash is deposited well in advance of any bank holidays, if any, to avoid rejection.

Every test session, lakhs of students are expected to seek enrolment, and students are recommended to submit the examination form well in advance, rather than waiting until the last dates, to avoid difficulties at the online portal owing to peak traffic. The Institute cannot be held liable for any failure to submit a form or make a payment due to technical or other issues.

Students will not be permitted to submit their examination forms and fees after the deadlines have passed, and such forms will be immediately rejected without warning.

To minimise issues later on, students should double-check their preliminary enrollment information in their online accounts.
