The Punjab Accountants Association has requested Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman (Hon’ble Finance Minister) to extend the due dates for filing GSTR-3B till 23rd February, 2022.

Sub: Extension of due date for mere 03 days for filing GSTR-3B from 20th February 2022 due to polling day in Punjab

Respected Madam,

First of all, being an Apex Body of Accounts Professionals from all Over Punjab, we thank you for always acceding to all our genuine demands.

Once again through this Representation draw your kind attention towards the fact that the due date for filing GSTR-3B (monthly Return) is 20th February, 2022 and on the same day, it is the Election Day and complete holiday all over in Punjab. All Govt. Offices and CA‘s/Tax Advisors’ offices shall remain closed due to declared holiday.

Therefore, we request your goodself to please be kind enough and extend due date for filing monthly GSTR3B returns for only 03 days i.e. Upto 23rd February, 2022.
