Tata is looking for Finance Manager at their Mumbai Location. He/ She will be responsible for Drive overall brand, channel & state-wise brand P&L performance; Collaborate with Factory Finance to drive the P&L agenda.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Category Team to co-create & drive the P&L; Drive overall brand, channel & state-wise brand P&L performance; Collaborate with Factory Finance to drive the P&L agenda;
• Drive reporting & review of category performance – Sales (value and volume), margins, market share, relative market share etc on a monthly basis with category teams & category head;
• Provide analytical support to track marketing spend trend (ATL, BTL) and determine ROI; Recommend areas to focus on in ATL and BTL;
• Provide critical inputs, challenges assumptions during AOP;
• Lead pricing decisions based on underlying cost movements and competition tracking;
• End to End finance responsibility for helping category teams in NPD business case development
• Prepare long-term financial forecasts for the category with inputs from critical functions such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Digital;
• Analyse and identify avenues for cost optimization/ revenue maximization and share with the marketing team; collaborate with them on specific initiatives being launched to improve topline / bottom line;
• Control the Marketing spend & Overheads budget for the RTE Category;
• Assist Category/Category Finance Lead in long-term strategy development for the Category;

Eligibility:

• 5-7 yrs experience in Commercial finance in any FMCG companies/ handled similar roles
• Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt)/ MBA Finance from premier B school;
• Strong analytical ability and inter-personal skills
• Working knowledge in SAP;
