Qualification and Experience required for RVNL Recruitment 2022:

For the post of Addl General Manager:

• posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) (OR)
• posts in Level-13(CDA) & having 12-14 years’ service in Group ‘A’ (OR)
• posts carrying grade Rs. 90000-240000/- (IDA) for four years.

For the post of Joint General Manager:

• posts in analogous grade (CDADA) (OR)
• posts in Level-12(CDA) & having 8-12 years’ service in Group ‘A’ (OR)
• posts carrying grade Rs. 80000-220000/-(IDA) for four years.

For the post of Senior Deputy General Manager:

• posts in analogous grade (CDA/IDA) (OR)
• posts in Sr. Scale (Level-11) post (OR)
• posts in Gr. ‘B’ (Level-10) & having 10 years of service in Group ‘B’ (OR)
• posts carrying grade Rs. 70000-200000/-(IDA) for four years.

The candidate, if selected, will be paid the Parent Pay plus the Deputation Allowance.
