BEL Recruitment 2022: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is hiring candidates for the Post of  Director (Bangalore Complex). The remuneration for Director will be Rs. 180000-340000. The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier

Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2022

• The applicant should be an Engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognised University/ Institute.
• Applicants having MBA/PGDM qualification will have added advantage.

Experience for BEL Recruitment 2022

The applicant should possess adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level in an organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in Electronics sector.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Director (Bangalore Complex) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director.
• He/She has the overall responsibility and accountability for the growth and profitability of the Bangalore Complex, subject to overall policies and guidelines laid down by the CMD/Corporate Office.
• He/She is required to formulate effective strategies for order acquisition, production plans and implement the same towards achieving the targeted level of production.
• He/She is required to monitor the progress of various projects and ensure that the targets are achieved keeping in view the overall strategies, objectives and goals of Bharat Electronics.
