RLDA Recruitment 2022: Applications have been invited for the various posts in Rail Land Development Authority on Deputation Basis. It is a statutory authority of the Ministry of Railways and has been duly constituted in terms of the Extraordinary Gazette. RLDA is a very lean and efficient organization of Indian Railways.

Eligibility for RLDA Recruitment 2022

JGM(Projects) – Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Level 13/ Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’/ equivalent service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Cadre of Central Government/ State Govt./ Indian Railways/PSUs/Statutory Authorities.

JGM (Architect) – Working on analogous posts or Group ‘A’ officer working on regular posts in Level 13/Level 12 of IRSE cadre of Indian Railways with Architect background or engineering officers having corresponding grade and 9 years Group ‘A’/ equivalent service on regular posts in Civil Engineering Cadre with Architect/Civil background of Central Government/State Govt./Indian Railways/PSUs/Statutory Authorities.

DGM (Projects) – Working on analogous posts or a Group A or Group B Gazetted Officer working on a regular post in Level 12/ Level 11 from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways/Central Govt./ State Govt./ PSUs of Central Govt. and State Govt./PSEs/Statutory Authorities, having a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture with 6 years of Service in Group ‘A’/ Group ‘B’ or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture with 15 years experience.

Desirable Qualification for RLDA Recruitment 2022

1. Previous experience in financial aspects in Land/Estate Management for projects.

2. Architect, Urban Design, Urban Planning for JGM/DGM/Architect.

Note – Applications received through proper channels and with verification of service particulars. SPE/D/Vigilance Clearance and enclosure of APARs will be preferred. However, a copy of the application may also be sent by applicants in advance to RLDA for timely Processing of selection. On selection, such applicants will be allowed to join RLDA after NOC.
