DMRC Recruitment 2022: DMRC, also known as Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, was registered on 3rd May of the year 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 in which the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) and the Central Government equally participated in implementing the dream of construction and operation of a world-class Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS). At present, the Delhi Metro network acquires about 390.14 Km with 286 stations.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, which has now become the lifeline of Delhi, also has the ability to nurture its employees as it has a unique work culture. As per the recent records, the corporation has about 14,500 employees, with MRTS activities, spread over Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Patna, etc., And Currently, it is hiring eligible job seekers for the vacant post of ‘Executive Director (Track).’ The recruitment for the mentioned post will be purely based on the deputation.
There is only one vacancy for the post for which the IRSE officers of the Indian Railways/ Ex-IRSE officers working in other organizations of the Government sector/ Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)/Metro’s, having relevant experience, will be able to apply. In order to apply for any job in any sector, it is important for any candidate to check the preferred eligibility conditions. To get recruited to the post of Executive Director (Track) in DMRC recruitment 2022, the candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in the Construction / Maintenance of Track in Railways/ Metro, including 5 years of experience in Construction / Maintenance of the Ballastless track. The person selected for the post will be held responsible for managing track works related to metro projects and their operations.
For a Direct Recruitment basis, the maximum age limit to apply for the post is 57 years. And for recruitment on a deputation basis, the preferred age limit for the post is 55 years.
The candidate selected for the post on a Deputation basis will continue to draw parent department pay in addition to deputation allowance, as applicable under the relevant rules. For direct recruitment basis, the selected candidate will be entitled to the pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time. Other benefits will be including Lease/HRA, Medical benefits, EPF, Gratuity, Insurance, etc., as per the extant rules of the Corporation.
The selection of the candidate applying on a deputation basis will be based on the personal interview. And on the other hand, on direct recruitment basis, the selection will be comprised of a personal interview and medical fitness examination.
