NHAI Recruitment 2024: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is seeking online applications from eligible and desirous candidates to fill up 08 vacancies for the post of Deputy General Manager (Finance and Accounts) on a deputation basis. The candidates should not exceed the age of 56 years to apply for the stated post. The appointment will be for a period of 03 years which may be extended for another 02 years with the approval of the Chairman, of the National Highways Authority of India. Further extension beyond 5th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.
The candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant or Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) from a recognized University or Institute. Eligible and interested candidates should submit their application online through the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) official website between December 19, 2024, and January 20, 2025, to apply online. Candidates also need to upload their photograph, scanned copy of signature, and mentioned documents.

According to the official notification of NHAI Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary in Level 12 in Pay Matrix (Rs.78800-209200).
The engagement of NHAI Recruitment 2024 is made on a deputation basis. The period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or Department, shall ordinarily be 03 years which may be extended for another 02 years with the approval of the Chairman, National Highways Authority of India. Further extension beyond 5th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways subject to satisfactory performance.
The selection of NHAI Recruitment 2024 is made on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.

The online application interface will be closed on 13.01.2024 till 6 PM.
After submission of the Online Application Form, the ‘PDF’ format thereof containing
details entered by the Applicant shall be generated. The applicant should take out a
print of the Online Application Form and get the same forwarded by his/her parent
department along with the prescribed ‘Verification Certificate’ and certified copy of
APARs/ACRs for the last five (05) years, should reach NHAI at the following address, on or
before 28.01.2025.
