NBCC Recruitment 2022: NBCC (India) Limited, also abbreviated as the National Buildings Construction Corporation, is a statutory corporation that works under the ownership of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India. The corporation is also known for acquiring a 100 percent stake in Mini Ratna hospital consultancy firm Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited (HSCC) from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. And in the year 2017, the company acquired a 51% stake in Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), which is a PSU under the Steel Ministry.

Additionally, the applicant must have experience in handling litigation (Civil, Consumer, and/or Criminal matters) before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial forums; Arbitration, conciliation, and other dispute resolution mechanisms; Drafting & vetting various legal or contractual documents, and providing legal opinions, handling legal matters including issues pertaining to Real Estate Regulatory matters.
The upper age limit preferred to apply for the post of General Manager (Law) vacant in the NBCC recruitment 2022 is 49 years as of the closing date of the receipt of applications.
