BOB Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda is looking for qualified and experienced wealth management professionals to strengthen its services. BOB is inviting applications for the post of  Sr. Relationship Manager, E- Wealth Relationship Manager, Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head) and Operations Head-Wealth on a contractual basis for a period of 5 years which can be extended. There are 346 vacancies for the given posts.

Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and contact number. Candidates have to pay application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) of  Rs. 600 for General and OBC candidates (plus applicable GST & transaction charges) and Rs. 100 (Intimation charges only – Non Refundable) for SC/ ST/PWD/Women candidates (plus applicable GST & transaction charges). Candidates applying for the post of Sr. Relationship Manager have to choose the city/location from the list available at the time of submission of the application form.

Name of Posts, Qualification, Age  and Other Details for BOB Recruitment 2022:

1- Post Name: Sr. Relationship Manager.

Age: The minimum age limit is 24 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years.

Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE.

2- Post Name:  E- Wealth Relationship Manage.

Age: The minimum age limit is 23 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years.

3- Post Name: Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head).

Age: The minimum age limit is 31 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years.

4-Post Name: Operations Head-Wealth.

Age: The minimum age limit is 35 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years.

Remuneration for BOB Recruitment 2022:

Remuneration offered will be on a Fixed Salary basis depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmarks for the respective posts. Apart from the Fixed Salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for Performance Linked Variable Pay which will be over and above the Fixed Salary but linked to the achievement of specific targets.

Duration for BOB Recruitment 2022:

Contractual Engagement for a period of 5 years, with periodic performance reviews. The term of engagement may be extended at the option of the Bank.

Qualification Required for BOB Recruitment 2022:

For Sr. Relationship Manager, E- Wealth Relationship Manage and Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head)-

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India./Govt. bodies/AICTE.

For Operations Head-Wealth-

Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA or equivalent degree from reputed Colleges.

Desirable for BOB Recruitment 2022:

2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.

Regulatory certifications e.g. NISM/IRDA.

For Group Sales Head (Virtual RM Sales Head)-

2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.

In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand canceled. If any of these shortcomings is/are detected even after the appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated without notice.
