ICAR-IARI Recruitment 2022: Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) is inviting qualified candidates for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF)(Contractual Basis) under the project entitled “AICRP on Ergonomics and Safety in Agriculture” IARI Centre”. The appointment is purely on ad-hoc basis initially for one year. The engagement can be further extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance. There is only one vacancy for this post. The age of the candidate should be between 18 years – 35 years. Age relaxation of 5 years will also be give to the women belonging to SC/ST community along with 3 years for the women belonging to other backward classes (OBC). Candidates should submit their bio-data, duly self attested certificates and mark sheets from class 10th onwards, experience certificate and a no-objection certificate (NOC) from their current employer. Only the candidates eligible and having the required qualifications will be entertained. Candidates who are not able to produce their essential degree completion certificate as on the date of the interview will not be eligible to attend the interview.

Qualification for ICAR-IARI Recruitment 2022:

1. Essential: Master’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s Degree. Applicants with 3 years Bachelor’s Degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET/GATE qualification or equivalent. (As per ICAR memorandum F. No. Agri. Edn. /6/27/2014/HRD Dated 09.10.2015)

2. Desirable: Knowledge of computers, Ergonomics and Machine Design

Salary Details for ICAR-IARI Recruitment 2022:

The selected candidate will be getting the basic pay given in the following:

1. For 1st and 2nd year: Rs 31,000/month + HRA as applicable

2. For 3rd year on wards: Rs 35, 000/month + HRA as applicable

(As per office Memorandum F. No. Agri. Edn./6/27/2014-HRD dated 30th July 209, issued by Agricultural Education Division, Indian Council of Agricultural Research.)

Tenure for ICAR-IARI Recruitment 2022:

Initially this post is being offered for a period of 1 year or till the termination of the project, whichever is earlier, and it will be further extendable based on the performance for the remaining part of the project.
