PGIMER Recruitment 2022: Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research also abbreviated as PGIMER, is a public medical university in Chandigarh, India has invited ONLINE applications from Indian Nationals for filling up of 101 posts of Senior Residents & 11 posts of Junior / Senior Demonstrators in different specialties and 05 posts of Senior Medical Officer (Casualty in Emergency) in PGIMER, Chandigarh and 18 posts of Senior Residents in different specialties and 02 posts of Senior Medical Officer in PGI Satellite Centre, Sangrur, Punjab for a maximum period up to 03 years,

The opening date for online registration for online application on PGIMER’s website www.pgimer.edu.in will be 28th October 2022, and the closing date of the receipt of applications will be 10th November 2022. Those who are interested in applying for the post are required to check the details regarding the preferred eligibility conditions prescribed for the recruitment ongoing in the department. Age-Limit for PGIMER Recruitment 2022:

The age of the candidate shall not be above 45 years.

Qualifications for PGIMER Recruitment 2022:

a) Medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (person
possessing qualifications included in the Part-II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act).

b) Must be registered with the Central/State Medical Council.

c) A Postgraduate degree i.e. MD/MS in the specialty concerned or its equivalent of an Indian University/Institute recognized by Medical Council of
India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto.

Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted from payment of fee.

SC/ST category: Rs. 800 plus Transaction Charges as applicable.
