BOB Recruitment 2022: Bank of Baroda (BOB) is inviting applications from eligible young candidates for the post of Business Correspondent Supervisor on a contractual basis for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months under the Guwahati Region. There are 03 vacancies for the given post. Candidates between the age of 21 to 45 years can apply and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisor is 65 years. The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 15000.

Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply in the prescribed format given in the official notification and send their duly filled-in application form by post/courier to the concerned Regional office. Candidates will be selected on the basis of eligibility and will be shortlisted for the interview. All the details regarding the date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated through a registered mail ID.

The last date for submitting the application form is 27th November 2022. No applications will be accepted after the stipulated date. Incomplete/False applications will be Rejected.

Age- Candidates between the age of 21 to 45 years can apply and the maximum age limit for the continuation of BC supervisor is 65 years.

Tenure- The contract is initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria for BOB Recruitment 2022:

For Retired Bank Employees- Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose.

Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIIB with a good track record.

All retired bank employee applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.

For Young Candidates- The minimum qualification should be a graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), however, qualifications like M.Sc. (IT) BE (IT) MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Selection Procedure for BOB Recruitment 2022:

i. The BC Supervisor will be engaged by concerned Regional Offices for monitoring the performance of field BCs.

ii. The application form should be submitted in hard copies to the concerned.

iii. Regional Office either through speed post/registered post/courier or in person. The Regional Office will thoroughly scrutinize the application forms and based on the eligibility of the candidates’ shortlist them for the interview process.

iv. The Regional Office will send intimation to the short-listed candidates through email only giving details about the date, time and venue of the interview.

v. Based on the suitability of the candidates, Regional Office will shortlist the candidate/s and intimate them within 15 days from the date of the interview. The interested candidate/s has to report to the Regional Office on a predetermined date (as mentioned in the intimation letter) with all the required documents (both original and photocopy) for verification.

vi. The selected candidates have to finally execute an agreement with the Bank for a period of 12 months before commencing their roles & responsibilities. The agreement will be signed by selected BC supervisors and bank officials.

vii. The Regional office will decide the place for sitting of BC supervisors depending upon their area of operations. The sitting place can be the Regional office or any branch of the Region.
