Antrix Recruitment 2022:  Antrix Corporation Limited (Antrix), a wholly owned Government of India Company under the administrative control of the Department of Space is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Company Secretary and Hindi Translator- cum typist on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year which can be extended further. There are 02 vacancies for the post. The maximum age limit to apply for the position is 65 years. The monthly remuneration paid is Rs. 75000 for Company Secretary and Rs. 40000 for Hindi Translator- cum typist.

Name of Post, Qualification and Other Details about Antrix Recruitment 2022:

1- Post Name- Company Secretary

Remuneration- The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 70000.

Qualification- First Class Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any University approved by UGC/Government of India.\

Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

2- Post Name- Hindi Translator- cum Typist

Remuneration- The monthly remuneration paid is up to Rs. 40000.

Qualification-  Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR

Master’s degree from a recognized university in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR

Master’s degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR

Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a Compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at Degree level OR

Master’s Degree from a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at the Degree level.

Recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa OR

2 years of experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government offices, including Govt. of India undertakings.

Experience Required for Antrix Recruitment 2022:

For Company Secretary- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in PSUs or reputed companies.

He/she should have independently handled company law matters and corporate governance compliance. The candidates should be well-versed in the formation of Joint Venture companies, and the drafting of agreements, contracts, and other legal documents. Knowledge of economic laws, Taxation, Interpretation of financial statements, and DPE guidelines is desirable.

For Hindi Translator- cum Typist- Knowledge in translation and typing in PC and expertise in Official Language (Rajbhasha) Implementation.

Retired officials from Government/PSU will be given preference.

Age Limit for Antrix Recruitment 2022:

The upper age limit to apply for the post is 65 years.
