Tripura PSC Recruitment 2022: Tripura Public Service Commission (Tripura PSC) is inviting online applications from bonafide citizens of India for the post of Medical Officer (Homeo) in grade-IV of Tripura Homoeopathic Service under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura. There are 03 vacancies for the post. The maximum age limit to apply for the position is 40 years. The monthly remuneration paid is between Rs. 15600 to Rs. 39100.

Interested candidates eligible for the post can register through one-time registration on the official website. Once an applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID, applicants need to apply for the post using OTPR User ID through the official website. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview. All the details regarding the interview’s date, time and venue will be intimated by mail.

The online application form will be available from 6th December 2022.

The closing date for the online application form is 6th January 2023 til 5:30 pm.

Name of Post, Qualification and Other Details for Tripura PSC Recruitment 2022:

Post Name- Medical Officer (Homeo) in grade-IV

Age- The maximum age limit to apply for the position is 40 years. Upper age is relaxable by 5 years in respect of ST/SC/PH, and Govt. Employee. The Govt. Employees belonging to ST/SC/ PH shall not get this relaxation over and above the general relaxation of five(5) years available to them.

Remuneration- The monthly remuneration paid is between Rs. 15600 to Rs. 39100.

Qualification for Tripura PSC Recruitment 2022:

Homeopathic Qualification for direct recruitment to the post of Grade-IV of Tripura Homoeopathic Service as specified in the Second Schedule under Article13(1) of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973 (59 of 1973) shall be substituted as “B.H.M Institution its equivalent degree from a recognized Homoeopathic Medical.

Desirable- Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.

Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy.

Selection Procedure for Tripura PSC Recruitment 2022:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview.

Part A: Homoeopathic Medical Sciences Subject. Total Marks: 90(ninety)

Part B: General Knowledge and Current Affairs. Total Marks: 10(ten)

Interview/Personality test for 15 marks.

Out of 15 interview marks, 10 marks will be provided to the candidates, who have performed the duty of Covid-19 positive patients in the different health institutions of the Government of Tripura. The interview cum personality test carries maximum of 15 marks, with the provision that for those with Covid duty certification, there will be an automatic awarding of 10 marks as a component of the interview cum personality test while for those without the certification, there will be no such guaranteed award of marks.

Interview cum personality Test: A limited no. of candidates, maximum of 3(of three) times of total posts (category wise) will be selected merit-wise on the basis of the result of the Written Examination.

It is also mentioned here that candidate(s) scoring marks equal to that of the last qualified candidate in the Written Examination shall also be called for an Interview cum Personality test.

The final selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidate in the Written Examination (out of 100) and by adding the marks obtained in the Interview process (out of 15). If a candidate remains absent in the interview process his/her candidature will not be considered for the final merit list.
