RRC-CR Recruitment 2022 for Bumper 596 Vacancies, Check Posts and Other Details 

RRC-CR Recruitment 2022: Railway Recruitment Cell- Central Railway (RRC-CR) has released a notification regarding the 596 vacancies for regular Railway employees of Central Railway excluding RPF/RPSF Personnel for the post of Stenographer (English), SR Comml clerk, Goods Guard, Station Master, JR Accounts Assistant, JR Comml clerk and Accounts Clerk. The maximum age limit for UR is 42 years, for OBC  45 years and for SC/ST candidates 47 years.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of RRC-CR. The selection is based on the examination which will be held in CBT mode having multiple choice questions (MCQs). The date, time and venue of the CBT/written examinations and skill tests, etc will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through mail ID/official website. The selected employees under GDCE will have to pass prescribed training courses prior to appointment to the post for which they are selected under GDCE, wherever applicable.

The last date for online receipt of the application form is 28th November 2022. Applications received after the due date and incomplete applications will be REJECTED.

Age Limit for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

The maximum age limit for UR is 42 years, for OBC  45 years and for SC/ST candidates 47 years.

Qualification for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

For Stenographer (English)- 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University. The shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with a transcription time of 50 minutes. Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.

For SR Comml Clerk, Goods Guard and  Station Master- Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.

For JR Accounts Assistant- Degree from a recognized University. Preference will be given to a person with an I & II Division Honours Master Degree.

For JR Comml Clerk- 12th (+2 Stage) or it’s equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate.

50% marks are not to be insisted upon in the case of SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and candidates who possess higher qualifications than the 12th (+2 stage).

For Accounts Clerk-  12th (10+2) OR its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

50% marks are not to be insisted in case of SC/ST/ Person with upon Benchmark disability and candidate who possess qualification higher than 12th (10+2) stage.

Selection Procedure for RRC-CR Recruitment 2022:

i. The selection is based on the examination which will be held in CBT mode having multiple choice questions (MCQs).

ii. CBT/ Written Examination will have multiple choice type questions. There shall be negative marking in written examinations and 1/3rd of the allotted marks for each question shall be deducted for every wrong answer.

iii. The Employees under GDCE will have to pass the Aptitude/Type Speed/ Skill test, in the categories wherever applicable.

iv. The selected employees under GDCE will have to pass prescribed training courses prior to
appointment to the post for which they are selected under GDCE, wherever applicable.

The date, time and venue of the CBT/written examinations and skill tests, etc will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through mail ID/official website.
