Indian Railways Recruitment 2022: MRVC is a Schedule ‘A’ Government company with the objective to develop world-class infrastructure for an efficient, safe and sustainable Railway system in Mumbai’s suburban section to provide comfortable and friendly train services to the commuters. Applications are invited for hiring candidates for the post of Director (Finance) on a deputation basis. There is only one vacancy for the Post.

Candidates from the CPSEs and Govt officers shall submit their applications through the proper channels, along with Vigilance clearance and attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last 05 years. Rs. 180000 – 340000 (IDA Scale — revised). For officers from Central Govt., it will be Parent pay plus admissible allowances.

Age Limit for Indian Railways Recruitment 2022:

Age should be minimum of 45 years and a maximum of 57 years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Job Description for Indian Railways Recruitment 2022:

Director (Finance) is a member of the Board of Directors and is in charge of the finance and accounts function of MRVC. He is responsible for formulating policies relating to finance and accounts and their implementation

Mode of Appointment & Duration for Indian Railways Recruitment 2022:

The appointment shall be on a deputation basis for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Qualification for Indian Railways Recruitment 2022

The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/PGDM with a good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.

Officers of Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services at the appropriate level are exempted from the educational qualifications above.

Applicants from the Central Govt./Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, will also be exempted from the educational qualifications

For applicants from Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services/ Central Govt/Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, Chartered Accountant/Cost

Experience for Indian Railways Recruitment 2022:

Applicants should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years in the area of Corporate Financial Management and Accounts in an organization of repute.

For Organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services as well as Central Govt./Armed Forces of the Union/All India Services, applicants with experience at a senior level in the area of Corporate Financial Management/Corporate accounts will be given preference.
