Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022: Indian Bankers Association (IBA) has communicated to constitute an “Expert Committee at the Corporate office level for process validation of Restructuring in this connection Bank of Baroda invites applications for members of the committee. As per the official notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022, Bank of Baroda has invited the application from eligible candidates to its department for various posts such as Members, Practicing Chartered Accountants, Senior executives from a firm of repute involve in the process of Restructuring and Retire employees from RBI/Bank/FI with domain knowledge of finance. There are 05 vacancies available. Selected Members will get the Pay Scale of Rs. 15000 as per the official Recruitment notification 2022. Preference will be given to the Members who are residents of the Mumbai Metropolitan area in the Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022.

The last Date to Submit the Application is 07-12-2022 as per the official Notification of Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022.

The Job Role of the selected members of the committee according to their designation.

1. The role of the committee would be to validate the process of Restructuring for example providing additional comfort to lenders.

2. The Committee is not expected to interfere in the commercial judgment of the lending institutions.

3. All the accounts under Restructuring irrespective of their IRAC status will be covered under the purview of the committee.

4. Proposal will be submitted to the committee post-sanction of the restructuring proposal by the concerned authority but before implementation.

Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2022

1. Applying Candidate Maximum Age Limit is 70 years as per the Official Notification.

2. Selected Candidates will get the lump sum amount of Rs. 15000.

3. Preference will be given to residents of the Mumbai Metropolitan area.

4. Selected candidate will have been Engaged for the period of three years subject to annual review.

5. Screening Committee will interview the eligible members, the decision of the committee shall be final and binding and could not be challenged.
