Roles and Responsibility:

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results to provide financial insight to drive the business performance.

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

Examine sales policies, and financial and legal documents to ensure financial regulations and principles and compliance with organization requirements.

Review and providing feedback on SOP to ensure covering all activities with require controls.

Set up system and optimize existing system modules according to company and management requirements.

Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans/projects and input valuable proposals or suggestions.

Develop and recommend solutions for finance related problems or situations of business team.

Coordinate with respective departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Applicant should have possesses BS/MA degree in Finance/Accounting with a recognized university of India.

Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.

Strong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience:

Applicants should have 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis/or Proven experience as a Financial Manager.

Should have the team handling experience.

Skills:

Should have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used

A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles

Should have Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
