ABB is hiring an experienced Engineer – Sales at their Faridabad location. You will be working as Engineer – Sales and will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Faridabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Product and will be responsible for driving the post-sales performance of ELSP & ELSB products. Specifying and implementing effective panel builder channel initiatives in line with global strategy

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Utilizing end users & influencers in the area of operation within assigned territory, coverage of panel builders, key industry and building

Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them, having a sales target for the responsible region

Maintaining opportunity pipeline, coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales

Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale

Developing a solid and trusted relationship with panel builders and channel partners, interacting with customer at regular intervals, understanding their needs and address problems / issues and acting as a trusted technical partner to the customer to generate customer satisfaction

Expanding of IEC61439 partners in assigned area, coordinating in material delivery and after sales service to PB, product promotion events and seminars

Promoting digitalization solutions and new product of ELSP & ELSB and team collaboration.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – B.E. / B. Tech Engineer or above in Electrical or Electronics

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and working as individual contributor with LV switchgear in the NCR market

Strong communication skills
