Qualification for SPSC Recruitment 2022:

The required qualifications description has been given below:

Essential:

• Class 12th passed and equivalent from any recognized Board with Mathematics as one of the subjects in Class 10th.
• Possess a certificate/ diploma of at least 3 months of an introductory course in Computer Application or possess a higher qualification in computer science/ information technology from a recognized board/ university.

Desirable:

• Must be able to read, write and speak in one of the State languages
• Must be conversant with the local customs and traditions of Sikkim.

Age Limit for SPSC Recruitment 2022:

For this recruitment, the candidate should have attained the age of 18 years, but should not have exceeded 40 years.

• Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Certificate of Identification issued by the competent authority under relevant orders of the State Government.
• Category Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Government of Sikkim.
• No Objection Certificate from the Head of the Department in case of the employed candidate.
• Should have a Valid Local Employment Card issued by the appropriate authority of the Government of Sikkim.
• Marital Status certificate (for female candidates). In the case of a married woman candidate, the COI/SSC of the Husband should be enclosed.

Scheme of Examination for SPSC Recruitment 2022:

The Scheme of examination has been given below:-

• Candidates are advised to refer to APPENDIX-I for the Detailed Scheme and pattern for the Written Examinations. The syllabus can be downloaded from the Sikkim Public Service Commission website.
• Candidates should go through the advertisement and read the instructions provided on the website carefully before applying online. Applications received through any other mode shall not be accepted or summarily rejected.
• The candidates are advised to apply online from SPSC’s official website on or before the stipulated date and time. Application submitted after that will not be accepted and SPSC shall not be responsible for the same.
• The rejection list of candidates who do not qualify for the post as per the advertised criteria will be uploaded to the SPSC website on the stipulated date. If any of the rejected candidates have reservations about the rejection of the application, they should submit their grievances along with justification to the office of the Controller, SPSC within the stipulated period.
