Overview:

Target is hiring an experienced analyst vendor solutions at their Bangalore location. As a Vendor Solutions Analyst you will be responsible for executing and improving critical support functions and process best methods. You will work with all product teams, global Vendor Solutions and cross functional teams to efficiently and effectively enable our vendor partners to conduct business with Target.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Issue management and troubleshooting for merchandising vendor systems including Partnersonline, Vendor Maintenance & Management , Supply Management Tool, Target Vendor Income and Vendor Income Processing

Own complete Overseas business (vertical) area support for global Vendor Solutions

Play an active role in the testing, documentation, training and communicating of new system development

Demonstrate an expertise in Customer service management

Facilitate the logistics in providing and monitoring vendor training sessions.

Write & manage Vendor related content for POL (Partnersonline)

Assist in system processes through data entry and partnership with impacted areas.

Facilitate smooth seamless operations between Vendor Solutions HQ and India team members.

Create Insights for Product teams on new application rollouts and provide enhancements to the tools on need basis

Analyzes issues/processes and looks for patterns and trend, recommending a long term corrective course

Creating and Publishing Reports for Product teams and Stake holder’s

Partnering with Training and Onboarding team to help schedule training and webinar for Vendors.

Eligibility:

3 year college Bachelor’s degree

4-5 years Target merchandising experience

Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams as well as independently.

Strong verbal and written communication skills addressing a variety of levels, internal and external

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexible, resilient and nimble, comfortable working in grey areas with constant change.

Advanced problem solving skills and logical thinking ability to prioritize based on business impact

Accountable with a high degree of initiative.

Strong organization and collaboration skills.

Team player, critical thinker, detail oriented with strong initiative

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

US based stakeholder/partner management experience’
