HLL Lifecare Recruitment 2022: HLL Lifecare invited the application for the post of Accounts Officer/Junior Accounts Officer in the HLL Lifecare Limited, Trivandrum. HLL Lifecare is a Govt. of India Healthcare Products Manufacturing and services company based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The selected Candidate will get a pay scale between Rs. 12000 to Rs. 29500 per month for Accounts Officers and Rs. 11000 to Rs. 22000 Per Month for Junior Accounts Officers as per the official notification of HLL Recruitment 2022. There are two vacant posts and the posting of candidates to the location of Thiruvananthapuram on Non-Executive contract type.

The selected Candidate will be responsible for Tasks Such As:-
1. Day-to-day accounting
2. Preparation of cheques
3. Statutory work
4. Bank reconciliation
5. GST filing, TDS etc
6. Passing journal entries in SAP i.e., Accounts receivables and payables, Receipts and payments, and Rectification entries.
7. Coordinate Reconciliation of accounts.
8. Communication internally and externally i.e., Bankers, Insurers, Vendors & Others.
9. Assists in the preparation of various Management Reports
10. Assists Compliance of Statutory Payments and Returns Filing
11. Co-ordinate and Assist in the processing of Vendor Invoices
12. Work allotted by Department in charge, on a need basis.
Candidate should have possessed the essential qualification such as B.Com and CA Inter/ICWA/M.Com.
Minimum 1 year experience for Jr. Accounts Officer and 3 years’ experience for Accounts officer in the relevant areas or functions with exposure in SAP FICO module in the Finance / Accounts department of a reputed establishment.
