EXL is hiring an experienced Executive at their Bangalore location. The role requires working knowledge of financial and economic concepts, valuations, and sub-sectors.

What will you be doing:

Sound knowledge of Valuation concepts.

Preparation, updating and interpretation of company comparable and M&A transactions

Extract raw data from various sources, including databases, online platforms

Work independently on complex projects deliver high quality projects

Translate requirements and synthesize information into highly engaging and compelling piece of work

Comprehend numerically driven or financial concepts and convert them into appropriate presentations / work product

Qualifications for this Job:

Knowledge of Financial Statements, Financial Ratios, and ability to interpret financial statement and news

Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles

Ability to synthesize information from databases, presentations, research reports and other publications

Preferable with working knowledge in Capital IQ and Pitchbook

Good knowledge and working experience in MS Office (in particular MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT)

Commitment to deliver exceptional quality deliverables, with ability to work quickly and establish effective working relationships

Post Graduate in Finance / MBA / B.Com

1-2 years of experience with investment / commercial banking / financial research
