Age Limit for CSB Recruitment 2022:

As per the notification of CSB recruitment 2022, the Age Limit is Given below-

• For Assistant Director- The upper age limit is 35 years.
• For Assistant Superintendent, Library and Information Assistant, Junior Translator, Junior Engineer, Stenographer (Grade-I), Computer Programmer and Assistant Superintendent- The upper age limit is 30 years.
• For Stenographer (Grade II), Upper Division Clerk and Cook- Candidates between the ages of 18 to 25 can apply for the given post.
• For Field Assistant- The upper age limit is 25 years.

Relaxation will be given as below-

• SC/ST- 5 years.
• OBC- 3 years.
• PwBD (Unreserved)- 10 years.
• PwBD(OBC)- 13 years.
• PwBD(SC/ST)- 15 years.
• Ex-Servicemen- 3 years.
• Government Servant and Department employee of CSB- 5 years (For A and B posts Only). Upto 40 years plus relaxation as applicable to SC or ST category (Group C Only).

Remuneration for CSB Recruitment 2022:

For Assistant Director- Pay Level- 10 (Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500)

For Computer Programmer- Pay Level-7 (Rs. 44900 to Rs. 142400)

For Computer Programmer, Assistant Superintendent, Stenographer I, Library and Information Assistant, Junior Translator, Junior Engineer- Pay Level-6 (Rs.35400 to Rs. 112400)

For Stenographer II, Upper Division Clerk- Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25500 to Rs. 81100)

For Cook- Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19900 to Rs. 63200)

For Field Assistant- Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21700 to Rs. 69100)

Qualification for CSB Recruitment 2022:

For Computer Programmer-

• Graduate with Minimum II Class in Computer Science with 2 years experience in Electronic Data Processing (EDP) OR
• Graduate in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, and Economics and Post Graduate Diploma Course in Computer Applications and 2 years experience in EDP OR
• M.Sc. in Computer Science.

For Assistant Superintendent(Admn.)-

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University and five years experience in Accounts or Administration in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or registered Company.

For Assistant Superintendent (Tech.)-

• Minimum II Class Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in Zoology/Botany/Agriculture/Sericulture Or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.

For Junior Engineer (Electrical)-

• Three-year Diploma from a recognized Institute in Electrical Engineering.

Selection Procedure for CSB Recruitment 2022:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews, skill tests and Document verification. The call letters for all stages of the examination will be issued on the official website of CSB. The test will be held in CBT mode and subjects for every post will be different. The online exam will be held tentatively in the month of February 2023/March 2023. The date of the interview and skill test will be intimated later.

How to Apply for CSB Recruitment 2022:

As per the official notification of CSB recruitment 2022, interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of CSB. No Other Mode of Application will be accepted.

Application fees will be given as below-

• Group A (Unreserved/OBC/EWS/ESM)- Rs. 1000 and Women, SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of a fee.
• Group B/B(Unreserved/OBC/EWS)- Rs. 750 and Women, SC, ST and PwBD and ESM are exempted from payment of a fee.

The last date for submitting the application form along with payment of fee is 16th January 2023.
