Eaton is hiring an experienced Business Analyst – CRM at their Pune location. This is an individual contributor role working for Eaton’s Vehicle organization on CRM Support. The position requires understanding of CRM Framework, Basic Understanding of Siebel and Knowledge of Sales Process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Support Inbound queries on CRM Functional issues and questions

Troubleshoot Siebel Issues, Initiate Support Ticket and get it closed with appropriate resolution

Identify Data related issue using BI reports and coordinate with business users to get it addressed

Accountability and ownership of CRM Support and Data.

Eligibility:

Education level required: Graduation, B.E./B.Tech (C.Sc, IT, EC), MCA

1 to 2 years of experience

Technical knowledge: CRM Functional, MS Excel, Siebel or Salesforce

Soft skills: Communication, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Business Acumen
