Income Tax Recruitment 2023: Income-tax Tamil Nādu and Puducherry are inviting applications from meritorious sportspersons for the post of Income-Tax Inspector, Tax Assistant and Multi-tasking staff. As per the Income Tax Recruitment notification, there are total of 72 vacancies. Candidates below the age of 18 years are not eligible to apply for these job posts. The selected candidate will be posted in Tamil Nādu and Puducherry region.
Selected candidates will get monthly salaries on grade pay scales PB-1 and PB-2. Selected candidates will be on a probation period of 02 years Candidate meeting the below-mentioned minimum eligibility criteria can apply online on or before the last date. The last date for filling out the application form is 06.02.2023. The incomplete application will be liable to be rejected.

There are total 72 vacancies for these posts. Applications are invited from the sportsperson belonging to Athletics, Badminton, Basket Ball, Body Building, Carrom, Chess, Contract bridge, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Kabaddi, Lawn Tennis, Swimming, Table Tennis, Swimming, Table Tennis and Volleyball.
Candidates applying for the post of Income-Tax Inspector should have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent. Candidates applying for the post of Tax Assistant should have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent and should have a data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour and the candidates applying for the post of multi-tasking staff should have 10th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board and university.
Candidates applying for the post of Income-Tax Inspector should not be below the age of 18 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 30 years and the candidates applying for the post of Tax Assistant and Multi-tasking staff should have crossed the age of 18 and should not have crossed the age of 27 years.
