SAI Recruitment 2023: Sports Authority of India (SAI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Head (Research, Policy and Learning) on a contract basis. As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy. The selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 02 years which can be extendable up to 05 years. The contract can be terminated by giving a 30-day of Notice period by either party, i.e. SAI or the employee. In cases of extreme impropriety by the employee, the contract will be terminated immediately without prior notice.

Candidates should have 2 years Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (02 years) or Master’s Degree (01 years) from any foreign University in a relevant subject like Analytics/Management/ Research or any subject of similar/equivalent nature Or. Master’s Degree in any Discipline/B.E./B.Tech with diploma/certificate course in Analytics/Management/ research or any subject of similar/equivalent nature. Candidates with PhD or Masters’s Degree in a relevant field like Analytics/Sports Research/Sports Management from a recognised University. Excellent Knowledge of office software like MS Office, research tools, database management, application software, etc. Understanding of results and competition formats in Olympic sports will be preferred.
Candidates should have Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field like sports analytics/research/management. The experience will be counted only if the same is acquired after completion of the essential qualifications. Candidates with Experience in any Government/ Semi Govt./ Autonomous/ PSU/ Private Sector is also considerable. Candidates who have participated at national and international levels in Olympic Sports Disciplines would be given preference. Applicants with research experience, published papers, and post-qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Other benefits like DA, housing, residential phone, conveyance or transportation, personal staff, medical reimbursement, HRA, and LTC, etc., would not be allowed.
