Overview:

S&P Global is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant and DTS India site engagement, DTS India at their Hyderabad location. You will Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner (Meetings, location updates shared by leader, ask for data).

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings that require global connect

Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Track/submit corporate expenses and prepare monthly summary as applicable

Responsible for management of Executive/Client visit agenda for the supporting executive. Arrange corporate events – team building, dinner meet etc

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

Qualifications for this Job:

Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Quick Learner of S&P processes

Required to support Global Execs ( India and EST)

Basic Qualifications: Any Graduate
