BEL Recruitment 2023: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Project Engineer -I at Punjab. The selected candidates for the post of Project Engineer will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 55000.
According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the appointment is for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of joining. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later. Tenure- The appointment is for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of One more year (Maximum tenure of 4 years including the initial period) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.

The upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to the General & E WS Category. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and 10 years for PwBD candidates (having a minimum 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation applicable to OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates)
Candidates applying for BEL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualification-
The aggregate of all semesters/years – 55% and above for General, OBC (NCL) & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities) BE / B. Tech / B. Sc (Engg – 4 years) in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication /Communication / Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science / Information Technology /Information Science from AICTE/UGC approved recognized institute/University/College.
According to the official notification of BEL recruitment 2023, the salary is given below-
1st Year- The candidates will be given Rs. 40000.
2nd Year- The candidates will be given Rs. 45000.
3rd Year- The candidates will be given Rs. 50000.
4th Year- The candidates will be given Rs. 55000.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later.
85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit.
