DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applicants from meritorious Indian Nationals for award of Research Fellowships in Research Associate (RA) in Aeronautical /Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and in Communication Engineering and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Electronics and Communication Engineering and in Aeronautical Engineering post. In accordance with the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are 06 vacancies for the given post. The tenure period for the RA post is 02 years and for the JRF post its 02 years and extendable as per the rules. According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Research Associate (RA) is 35 years, and for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Junior Research Fellow (JRF) is 28 years.
As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected for the walk-in interview. Candidates chosen for Research Associate will get a salary of Rs.54000 per month and for the JRF post candidate will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.31000. Desirous candidates can apply online through the official website of DRDO before 18.04.2023. The screening test and interview will occur at the ADE, DRDO, Raman Gate, Suranjandas Road, New Thippasandra Post, Bengaluru – 560075 on 9th, 10th, and 11th May, 2023. Candidates will be permitted through Raman Gate only (Reporting time 0800-0830 Hrs on 09 May 2023 for JRF and 0800- 0830 Hrs on 11 May 2023 for RA). According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for Research Associate (RA) is 35 years, and for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Junior Research Fellow (JRF) is 28 years.
Candidates applying for the Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) post must have the following qualification.
Research Associate (RA)
Ph.D. in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering having expertise related to composite material
based structural design and analysis, optimization of Airframe Design using new simulation techniques, and automation in the structural design process.
(OR)
M.E / M.Tech in the first Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering division has three years of research, teaching, or design and development experience after M.E./M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed Journal.
Desirable:
Knowledge in composite material-based structural design and analysis, optimization of airframe design by using new simulation techniques, and automation in the structural design process.
Ph.D. in Electronics/Microwaves having expertise related to the design and testing of AESA antennas/low observable technologies.

M.E / M. Tech in the first division in any discipline related to Electronics, Communication, Microwaves and RF having three years of research, teaching, or design and development experience after M.E/M. Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed Journal.
Desirable:
Knowledge in EM Design, Simulation, and modeling of FSS, Radar Absorbers, Radomes, and AESA Antennas.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
B.E / B.Tech in First Division with qualified and valid GATE score

M.E / M.Tech, with First Division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels
Candidates chosen for Research Associate will get a salary of Rs.54000 per month and for the JRF post candidate will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.31000.
The tenure period for the RA post is 02 years and for the JRF post its 02 years and extendable as per the rules.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interviews.
