NBBC Recruitment 2023: NBCC (India) Limited is currently seeking candidates for three executive positions. The first is for the post of General Manager (Engineering), which has five vacancies. Candidates should have a full-time degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized government university/institute and 15 years of experience in PMC/EPC/Real Estate/Infrastructure. Candidates should have experience executing and monitoring multidisciplinary large-value projects independently in various sectors, such as residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, highways, railways, and infrastructure. As per NBCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have a thorough understanding of various tender formats, including CPWD, FIDIC conditions, etc., and be well-versed in preparing project budgets, and cash flows, and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. The candidate should possess knowledge of PPP projects, arbitration, claims, business development, corporate affairs, and liaison work with government departments/ministries, and candidates with computer proficiency will be preferred.
The second position is for the post of Addl. General Manager (Corporate Communication), which has one vacancy. Candidates should have a post-graduate degree/diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/Advertising & Public Relations for two years from a recognized government institute/university and 12 years of experience. As per NBCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates should have experience in corporate imaging in the public domain, in-house communication, designing, and producing newsletters/other publications, as well as media management. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of print and electronic mass media and advertising and excellent command in English- both written and spoken. Candidates with computer proficiency will be given preference.
The third position is for the post of Addl. General Manager (Systems), which has one vacancy. Candidates should have a full-time degree in Information Technology/Computer Science Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized government university/institute and 12 years of experience. Candidates should be working in the E-4 position in the scale of pay of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- (IDA) or Level 12 Rs. 78,800–2,09,200/- (CDA) in the government/PSU or drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs. 25 Lacs for the last two years if working in the private sector. The candidate should have experience in managing an IT infrastructure for a large organization, including network operations, data center operations, and information security. The candidate should also possess experience in software development life cycle, cloud computing, and IT service management frameworks. Candidates with computer proficiency will be given preference. Opening Date for Online Registration: 16.03.2023 from 1000 hrs and Closing Date of Online Registration: 15.04.2023 up to 1700 hrs.

As per NBCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selection criteria may change depending on the response received against the post, and the decision of NBCC will be final in this regard.
As per NBCC Recruitment 2023 official notification, applicants need to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/-. However, SC, ST, PWD & Departmental candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates can pay the application fee through a debit card/credit card/net banking, and they will be automatically redirected to make online payments once the application form is successfully completed. No other mode of payment will be accepted, and the application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
