Qualification for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of NCRTC recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-

For Executive/Planning- 

• B.E./ B. Tech or its equivalent
• Preferable: PG Degree/Diploma in Construction Management/Planning or its equivalent.
• Preferred Software Certification in Primavera/MSP, Business Intelligence Dashboarding (Power BI/ Tableau)

Minimum 03 years post qualification experience-

• Experience in the field of planning in linear projects like Metro/ Railways/ Road constructions.
• Proficiency on primavera P6, 4D BIM and BI tools such as Power BI/ Tableau
  etc.

For Assistant Manager- 

• B.E./ B. Tech/ B. Arch. or its equivalent
• Preferable: MBA/ Master/ PG Diploma in Management/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design or its equivalent.

Minimum 05 years post qualification experience

• Experience in handling infrastructure assignments related to extensive research.
• Benchmarking studies of Infrastructure assignments.
• Proficiency in presentation documents,
• Preparation of Financial Models is preferable.
• Prior experience in the areas of TOD/ Real Estate for Transit Projects is preferable

For Sr. Executive-

• B.E./ B. Tech/ B. Arch. or its equivalent
• Preferable: MBA/ Master/PG Diploma in Management/ Urban Planning/ Urban Design or its equivalent

Minimum 04 years post qualification experience

• Experience in handling infrastructure assignments related to extensive research.

Salary for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates will be given a salary as given in the official notification-

For Executive/Planning- The selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs. 8.37 per annuam.

For Assistant Manager- The selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs. 16 per annuam.

For Sr. Executive- The selected candidates will be given a salary of Rs. 10.67 per annuam.

Selection Procedure for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination for the post in case the number of applications received from eligible candidates is higher.
