National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is hiring aspirants for the post of General Manager (Legal) and Deputy General Manager (Technical)  on a basis of deputation/Promotion. There are 42 Vacancies, where there is 01 vacancy for General Manager and for Deputy General Manager there are 41 vacancies.

Tenure Period for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

Candidates selected for a General Manager post will be appointed for a tenure of 03 years which may be extended for another 01 year with the approval of the Chairman, of NHAI. Further, extension beyond the 4th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.

Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

For the position of Deputy General Manager (Technical), there is no age restriction, but applicants for the position of General Manager (Legal) must be under 56 years old.

Eligibility for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

• Candidates should have a Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute.
• Applicants should have 14 years of experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600 to Rs.39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400 (pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) or equivalent or higher, out of which 7 years experience in the field of Law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

Salary for NHAI Recruitment 2023:

The salary for National Highway Authority of India Recruitment 2023 is as follows:

General Manager (Legal)

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary between Rs.78800 to Rs.209200(pre-revised) PB-3 (Rs.15600- Rs.39100) with a Grade Pay of Rs.7600.

Deputy General Manager (Technical)

The chosen candidate will be paid monthly on a pay scale level 13 which will be between Rs.123100 to Rs.215900 (pre-revised) PB-4 (Rs.37400 – Rs.67000) with a grade pay of Rs.8700.
