The officer is responsible for handling all matters relating to the planning and execution of civil works, such as the creation of GADs, estimates, tenders, and the construction of bridges, tracks, and other structures, as well as liaising with railways and state government officials. Must have experience carrying out Civil Engineering Field/Specific Special Works on Railways.
