For Under Secretary (Planning)

A candidate must be an Officer under the Central Government or State Government, Union Territories, or holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department. He/she must have five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment to it on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500/-(5th CPC) PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100+ Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- (6 CPC) corresponding to level 10 of pay matrix of 7th CPC.

For Research Officer (Small Scale Industries)

A candidate must be an officer of the Central Government/ State Governments/ Union Territories with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment to it on a regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.8000-13500/-(5th CPC) PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100+ Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- (6 CPC) corresponding to level 10 of pay matrix of 7th CPC.
