Eligibility Required for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

For Senior Resident

• Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an accredited university together with a P.G. Diploma in the relevant speciality. Candidates with two years of experience in the relevant speciality following their MBBS may also be taken into consideration.

For Full-Time/Part-Time Super Specialist

• Candidates must possess a DM, DNB, or MCH degree in the pertinent specific expertise from an accredited university.

For Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist

• Candidates must possess an MBBS (or M.D.S. in case of identification) degree from an approved university, along with a P.G. degree or equivalent and three years of post-graduate work experience on a PG diploma.

Period of Engagement for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

The following requirements will apply to candidates’ employment, according to the official ESIC Recruitment 2023 notification.

• Candidates hired for Full-Time/Part-Time Super Specialist and Full-Time/Part-Time Specialist positions will be given a one-year contract with the possibility of an additional year, pending good performance, after the first year.
• Candidates who are selected for senior residency will be hired on a three-year senior residency programme, subject to renewal or extension each year.

Selection Terms for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

As specified in the official notice of ESIC Recruitment 2023, eligible and interested applicants will be chosen based on their performance in a scheduled walk-in.

• Walk-in-Interview that will be held at the ESIC Model Hospital, Sector-24, Noida, on October 10, 2023.
• Until their regular appointment is made or their contract expires the appointed employees will stay in their current roles, whichever happens first.

• Candidates who have previously worked as Senior Residents for 3 years after finishing their PG under the central residency plan in any government organisation are not eligible to apply or register for the position of Senior Resident under the 3-year Senior Residency Plan.
• Any qualified candidates may be given consideration for a part-time specialist position on contract if a full-time specialist appointment is not made.
