GE is hiring an experienced Lead Finance Specialist – Accounting Operations at their Noida location. As a member of Finance team, you will be responsible for pacing, closing, and reporting of Financial KPIs for Steam Power India. Steer all financial activities to be performed in ERP. The role requires strong project accounting expertise, financial acumen and proven experience in financial management and moth close activities. Expected to provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic.

What will you be doing:

Driving preparation of Budgets, Long range forecast etc and driving business for achieving the desired out come

Pacing, closing and reporting projects KPI’s.

Steer and participate in month and quarter close activities and reporting activities (DRs)

Steer revenue recognition related discussions with project & controllership teams

Reconcile / review pacing with ledger

Steer quarterly/yearly Business forecast, MOR inputs and discussions

Steer Cash KPI’s for Business and work with project teams for fruitful discussions.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Postgraduate degree in accounting or MBA, CA/ICWA

At least 5+ years of experience in Finance.

Experience in managing transactional project finance, reviews and closure of projects.

What Skills are Needed:

Prior working experience in Finance ERP, preferably inSAP

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Steer initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Effective problem identification and solution skills.
