Overview:

Hitachi is hiring an experienced GRC Analyst at their Bangalore location. As a GRC support professional you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our GRC solution, including collection of user’s requirements, configuration and testing of changes. You will be expected to participate actively in development and enhancement of the solution by providing feedback to the final users and participating in ongoing simplification projects. You will be expected to be curious and continue learning about Hitachi Energy and support ad hoc compliance projects as directed by Management Testing Lead.

What will you be doing:

Day-to-day management of GRC solution including assisting users with Help Desk queries (either technical or compliance related) Partner stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of business needs and desired outcomes.

Clear understanding and ability to provide hands-on support of the development Lifecycle, including documenting layouts and workflows, reporting requirements, notifications, questionnaires, access requirements, testing, deployment, etc.

Decompose processes and document detailed requirements via application artifacts that can be translated into configurable solutions. Support end to end configuration of new use cases and enhancement of existing application.

Assist stakeholders with testing cycles when/if needed Analyze and resolve configuration defects and manage any required escalations.

Participating in ongoing GRC development Ability to step in and support ad hoc projects.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in business engineering or information technology or business administration or finance or accounting is required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in with hands-on GRC implementations and/or areas of controls and compliance, internal/external audit, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, audit, internal controls, operational controlling and/or accounting.

Good understanding of GRC requirements, business processes, risk management, risk assessments and process definition, data feeds and requirements. Experience in capturing and documenting business requirements related to Internal Control and Internal Audit Experience in GRC platform tool implementation and testing (potential platforms could include: Onspring, Archer, ServiceNow, or others).

Ability to understand and document new and potentially complex processes using standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Business analyst skills, with a roll up the sleeves, can-do attitude.

Willingness to operate as a member of a team in an independent contributor role. Strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to fast learn and grow.
