Associate – HR Vacancy at Meesho

Overview:

Meesho is hiring an experienced Associate – HR COE- Mantras at their Bangalore location. You will be responsible to design and execute Initiatives around the cultural tenets. This would entail end to end execution and continuously improving the cultural rituals, symbols and other pillars of the organization’s culture

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

Continuously track and monitor the various cultural touchpoints, identify and execute areas of improvement

Work closely with HR Leadership team on central HR Strategic Project and coordinate with Business, HRBPs, COEs and employees for smooth delivery of identified initiatives

Own implementation and monitoring  of all initiatives centered around the Mantras (Cultural Values) of the organization.

Arrange, facilitate and conduct regular sessions on Mantras for the entire organization

Track and report on all mantra touchpoints regularly in the organization to the leadership team, HRBP and BU leaders

Stay abreast of best practices in the industry around culture and leverage the same

Manage the various mantra touchpoints and rituals in Meesho’s office

Run pulse and surveys on the health of the cultural values in the organization.

Qualifications for this Job:

2 to 3 years’ experience in human resources (preferably experience in working in central strategic roles)

Proficiency in MS-Word, Ms-Excel and MS- Powerpoint

Basic working knowledge of Canva

Exceptional communication, execution ability  and creative thinking

Very High on Ownership- can independently run and execute various initiatives

Organized and efficient – Ability to work to tight deadlines

Stakeholder management
