2- Three years Diploma from an institute recognized by the Government of India in the subject of Printing or Offset Printing plus two years experience of working in a Government Printing Press or Two years certificates from an institute recognized by the Government of India in the subject of Printing or Offset Printing plus three years experience or working in a Government Printing Press.
