Post Name and Vacancies for GSL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager and Assistant Manager under various trades. There are a total of 36 vacancies for the given posts.

Age Limit for GSL Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is given below-

For Additional General Manager-

• The upper age limit for OBC category candidates is 51 years.
• The upper age limit for UR category candidates is 48 years.

For Senior Manager-

• The upper age limit for UR category candidates is 39 years.

For Deputy Manager-

• The upper age limit for UR category candidates is 33 years.

For Deputy General Manager-

• The upper age limit for OBC category candidates is 47 years.
• The upper age limit for UR category candidates is 44 years.

For Assistant Manager-

• The upper age limit for SC/ST category candidates is 35 years.
• The upper age limit for OBC category candidates is 33 years.
• The upper age limit for UR/EWS category candidates is 30 years.

For Manager-

• The upper age limit for UR category candidates is 33 years.

Salary for GSL Recruitment 2023:

As given the official notification of GSL recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 220000.

Qualification for GSL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates must have the given below qualifications to applying for GSL Recruitment 2023.

For Additional General Manager (HR)- Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.

For Deputy General Manager (Finance)– Graduate AND qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Qualified Cost Accountant from Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

For General Manager (Shiplift)- Full time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Ship Building / Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution.

For Senior Manager (Administration)- Graduate in any discipline with 2 years full time Regular MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management OR 03 years in part time MBA/ PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM/IR/Personnel Management.

For Assistant Manager (CSR)- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years full time Regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in Labour and Social Welfare / Social Work / Rural Development / Rural Management

For Assistant Manager (Electrical)- Full time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)/ Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution.

Application Fee for GSL Recruitment 2023:
