According to the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there are 02 Posts to be filled up by Deputation as narrated hereunder:

Posts with Vacancies:

01) Section Officer: 01 Vacancy

02) Accountant: 01 Vacancy

Deputation Term: Normal Term of Deputation (Foreign Service Terms)

Posting Location: UIDAI Regional Office, Chandigarh

Pay Scales under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Based on the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notification, the Officer appointed as Section Officer shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under Pay Matrix Level narrated hereunder:

Pay Matrix: Level 08 and Level 05 respectively

Maximum Age Limit for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

As per the UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Eligible Candidate, as on the Closing Date of receipt of the Application, should be aged as mandated hereunder:

Age Limit: Below 56 Years

Eligibility for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Eligibility including Educational Qualification, Post-Qualification Experience, etc. specific to the Post, as explained hereunder:

01) Section Officer Post:

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Post on a Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 07; Or

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 06; Or

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization

i) holding any Regular Post in the corresponding Grade with Essential Desirable Experience.

02) Accountant Post:

Essential:

A) The Officers from the Central Government holding Analogous Post on a Regular basis in the Parent Cadre Department; Or

i) With 03-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 04; Or

ii) With 05-Years’ Regular Service in the Pay Matrix Level 03; Or

B) The Officers from State Government/Union Territory Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Organization

i) holding any Regular Post in the corresponding Grade with Essential Desirable Experience.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce

Selection Process under UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

Selection for Appointment for both Posts, 01) Section Officer and Accountant shall be carried out through/by way of Deputation.

The Terms of Deputation, including the Pay and Allowances, except Leaves/Offs shall be governed by the Provisions laid down in the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Office Memorandum No. 06/08/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) Dated 17th June 2010 and other Orders/ Guidelines issued in this regard from time to time. Leave of the Officer On Deputation shall be regulated by the UIDAI Leave Rule.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Officer’s Services at UIDAI will be governed as per the Unique Identification Authority of India (Appointment of Officers and Employees) Regulations 2020 and Guidelines of the Central Government in this regard.

How to Apply for UIDAI Recruitment 2023:

The UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Eligible Candidates with Interest in the Notified Section Officer Post should apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma (Annexure-I), accompanying the Photocopies of Preceding 05 Years’ Annual Confidential Reports/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports.

The Willing Applicants may submit their Advance Application up to 05.06.2023.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services may be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the prescribed Essential Documents ensuring Timebound receipt in the UIDAI, Mumbai.

*Note: The Eligible and Willing Officers should apply with Photocopies of the Preceding 05-Years’ ACRs/ APARs.

However, their Applications will be considered only after receiving the same through Proper Channel annexed with Supporting Documents explained in this UIDAI Recruitment 2023 Notification.

The Cadre Controlling Authorities/Head of Departments should submit the Applications of Eligible and Willing Candidates whose services can be spared on Deputation immediately on their Selection, accompanying the following documents ensuring Receipt in the UIDAI, Regional Office:

• Attested Copy of Application, in the Prescribed Proforma – Annexure-I.
• Cadre Clearance Certificate issued by the Controlling Authority.
• Statement giving detail of Major/Minor Penalties imposed on the Officer during the Last 10 (Ten) Years (Annexure-II).
• Vigilance Clearance /Integrity Certificate (Annexure-II)
• Photocopies of the ACRs/APARs for Last 05 (Five) Years duly attested on each Page by an Officer Not Below the Level of the Under Secretary or Equivalent (Annexure-II).
