NCLT Recruitment 2023: National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) recruiting applicants for the post of Court Officers in various Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) purely on a contractual basis. As given in the official notification of NCLT Recruitment 2023, applicants will be hired for a tenure period e for one year or till further orders, whichever is earlier, and can be extended up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
