Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 28 years.

Age relaxation will be given as below-

• Upto 10 years for PwD category candidates.
• The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for serving Central Civilian Govt. employees working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres only if a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of the advertised posts.
• The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex‐servicemen including Ex vSSCOs/ECOs as per rules in vogue.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 100000.

Qualification for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for DRDO Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Electronics and Communication Engg- At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics & Communication Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

For Mechanical Engg- At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

For Electrical Engg- At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

For Physics- At least First Class Master’s Degree in Science in the subject/discipline of Physics from a recognised university or equivalent.

For Chemistry- At least First Class Master’s Degree in Science in the subject/discipline of Chemistry from a recognised university or equivalent.

For Chemical Engg– At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Chemical Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.

Selection Procedure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of GATE score. All the details will be intimated to shortlisted candidates through RAC website.

The final selection of PwD(HH), PwD(LD), PwD(AAV/Dw) candidates against the vacancies reserved for them in the applicable disciplines will be purely on the basis of combined merit of aggregate of 80% weightage of GATE score and 20% weightage of marks in Personal Interview.

Application Fee for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

Candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC category have to pay Rs. 100 as application fee and ST/SC/PwBD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
