Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023: Prasar Bharati is inviting applications from eligible Indian candidates for the post of Consultant/Hindi Translator (Official Language) on a contract basis. As per the Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2023 official notification, the selected candidate will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year which can be extendable on the basis of the requirements of the organization and performance review. The engagement can be discontinued/terminated with one-month notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reason. There is only 01 vacancy.

Candidates applying for the post of Consultant should be a person who has retired at level-10 to Level-12 as per 7th CPC from Central Government offices or Autonomous bodies under the Central government following the CDA pattern, and have at least 15 years of service in the Official Language and has knowledge of Implementation of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India. The person should have considerable experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa. Candidates must have an excellent command of both English & Hindi Languages and knowledge of Hindi and English Typing on a Computer. Officers must be well-versed in the Parliamentary Committee on Official Language Inspection procedure. The officer shall be required to independently organize Official Language Implementation Committee (OLIC) meetings/Hindi Workshops.
