Disney is hiring an experienced Credit Specialist at their Mumbai location. The Credit Specialist is a vital cog in the Credit to Cash organization that ensures that proper controls are followed for new customer setup, credit reviews, continuous data grooming, and other data enhancement activities across the enterprise. The role helps in seamless process across the order-to-cash cycle based on sound due diligence, credit risk assessment and system data integrity at the Disney enterprise level across geographies.

What will you be doing:

Conduct due diligence of companies for new credit requests, sales orders, and company policy-mandated reviews.

Perform internet research and analyse financial statements in support of credit reviews.

Responsible for data integrity of CRM systems and Front of House systems including Master Customer Setup synchronization, data analysis, data integration, and data error troubleshooting.

Prepare and communicate credit recommendations and pull reports from service providers.

Manage expectations and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a high email volume environment.

Acting as a liaison between our internal support teams and our business partners to ensure timely issue resolution.

Responsible for special projects relating to master data and system updates.

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting. MBA/ CA is an added advantage.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

1-3 years of experience in Credit & Collections, reporting, master data management or operations.

Proficient in Excel.

Work experience in SAP/ ERP systems is an added advantage.
